Jugement (Illustration) ⚔️

Voici une illustration qui ressemble davantage à une étude rapide. Et c'est exactement ce qu'elle est. Je l'ai simplement poussée jusqu'à en faire une illustration terminée.

Ici, l'approche est plus graphique que dans mes travaux habituels. Je n'ai pas cherché à travailler les détails, mais plutôt à créer une ambiance, une composition et à raconter une histoire.

On y voit une armée qui semble s'apprêter à affronter un ennemi, quelque part dans l'incendie visible à gauche. On ignore ce qui s'y déroule exactement, mais tout laisse penser à un affrontement d'une grande violence.

Les oiseaux traversent le ciel en direction de la droite, tandis que le guerrier au centre, brandissant son étendard, est en réalité une représentation de moi-même.

Le petit secret de cette illustration, c'est qu'il s'agit d'un autoportrait.

This illustration feels much closer to a quick study—and that's exactly what it is. I simply pushed it further until it became a finished illustration.

This piece is more graphic and stylized than my usual work. Instead of focusing on details, I wanted to emphasize the atmosphere, the composition, and the story.

It depicts an army preparing to face an unseen enemy somewhere within the fire burning on the left side. We never actually see what's happening there, but everything suggests an intense and violent battle.

The birds are flying toward the right, while the warrior in the center, raising the banner, is actually a representation of myself.

The little hidden detail is that this warrior is a self-portrait.
